About Pumo

Pumo is a listing optimization product that audits your Amazon or Etsy listing against the products beating you and tells you exactly what to fix, for brands and sellers who already have live listings.

Grammarly for Amazon sellers. Pumo continuously audits your listings against the products beating you and tells you exactly what to fix.

What Pumo does

Listing audit

We read the listing a shopper sees: images, video, title, price, and what the reviews keep saying. We score it against the products competing for the same shopper and say what to change first. The outcome is a short list of gaps, across creatives, pricing, reviews, and category position.

Competitor comparison

We find the listings you are up against and show what they show, what they charge, and how they are rated. Each watched listing tracks five competitor products. You see where you are ahead and where you are behind before you spend money on new creative or a price change.

Search

We find the queries shoppers type for products like yours and where you sit for each. Starter covers the top 3 queries. Growth and Pro cover the top 5. The outcome is the search you are missing, and the title or gallery change that would put the listing in front of those shoppers.

Images and listing video

When the gap is a creative, we make the listing image or a short listing video, or we tell you to photograph it when a real photo is the right fix. You own every asset. Labels, packaging, and product details stay accurate.

Weekly watch

Paid plans refresh the listing, the competitor set, and search rankings every week. You hear when a competitor drops price, changes a hero, or adds video, and what to do about it. The audit is the way in. The refresh is the product after that.

Done for you

Software plans are self-serve. Done for you is a person on the account at $499 a month, on Amazon, Etsy, or both. You approve every change before it goes live. That plan includes a private WhatsApp group, a weekly call, and a monthly report.

What makes Pumo different

We say what to fix, then we make the creative

Helium 10 and Jungle Scout give Amazon sellers tools and data. eRank does the research job for Etsy shops. Pumo compares the listing with the products beating it, names the change, and makes the image or video, or a shoot brief when a photo is the honest fix.

From $39 a month

Starter is $39 a month for 5 listings. Growth is $99 a month, $49 at the current launch price, for 20 listings. Pro is $199 a month for 100 listings. A freelancer runs $200–500 per product. An Amazon agency retainer runs $1,500–$4,500 a month. Done for you at Pumo is $499 a month.

Month to month

Every software plan is a 3-day trial, card required, then monthly. Cancel anytime. Access runs through the end of the billing period. There is no annual lock-in on the public plans.

Paste the listing. No marketplace login.

The audit starts from the public listing: an Amazon ASIN, an Amazon URL, or an Etsy listing URL. We do not ask you to connect Seller Central to see the gaps. You still make the price and title changes yourself.

A photo when a photo is the honest answer

Photoroom and Pebblely answer what you can make. Pumo answers what you should change on this listing. If a size shot only works when it is your actual product, we say photograph this. Generation comes after the audit.

Who uses Pumo

  • Amazon brands with live ASINs, their own listing creative, and enough traffic that a conversion change is worth making. The strongest fit is visually merchandised products in home and kitchen, beauty, pet, sports, baby, and food.
  • Etsy sellers who control the listing and want to know what is missing before they make more photos.
  • Marketplace managers at small and mid-sized consumer brands who already spend on ads, photography, or seller software.
  • Amazon and Etsy listing agencies that audit, brief, and monitor creative across client listings. Growth and Pro cover up to 5 brands.

We are a poor fit for new sellers with no traffic, retail arbitrage, or people who only want images and no diagnosis.

The team behind Pumo

The founder's mother made candles at home and sold them on Etsy. They were better than the ones next to them: cleaner wax, a scent that lasted, a finish you could tell apart in person. She still could not see what was keeping people from buying more.

The listing never made that difference obvious. Pumo started there: we compare a live listing with the ones competing for the same shopper, and say what to change first. Pumo is operated from Greece.

How Pumo works

Paste an Amazon or Etsy listing on pumo.app. The free audit needs no card. A paid plan is Starter, Growth, or Pro, each with a 3-day trial.

Onboarding on every software plan is a 30-minute call. After that you work in Studio. Starter includes human support. Growth and Pro include priority human support, plus a quarterly check-in.

The listing, competitor set, and search rankings refresh weekly. Images and video are made in the product when you choose a creative gap to close.

Done for you is separate. You get a private WhatsApp group, a weekly call on the listings, and a monthly report. You approve changes before they go live.

The product sequence is on how it works. Plans are on pricing.
