Check an Etsy banner size on a file from your shop. Banner dimensions come back as pass or fail for the big shop banner, the mini shop banner, or the logo.

Worked example

Sizes checked on Etsy Help. The big shop banner minimum is 1200 × 300. The recommended size is 1600 × 400. The Seller Handbook lists 3360 × 840 for a sharp big banner, and says a mini banner does not show on mobile. Etsy states these sizes in pixels, not inches.

Export a JPG or PNG at 1600 × 400 for a big banner, or 1600 × 213 for a mini banner. In Shop Manager, use the pencil next to the shop name, choose Banner, then big or mini. This page checks the file. It does not design it.
